* All products are shipped via Japan Post Letter Pack. We will notify you of the tracking number after shipment.
* For pre-order items, shipping will be done on the estimated shipping date stated on each product page. Please note that shipping may be delayed depending on the number of orders.

Cancellations and Damages

* We do not accept cancellations after the product has been shipped. Please confirm your order details before purchasing.
* If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, attaching photos of the affected area. After reviewing the details, we will arrange for an exchange or refund.
* We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer convenience (e.g., product differs from image, incorrect size, incorrect order). Please be aware of this in advance.
